Variable construction while protecting the environment!
Due to their good stackability, the concrete blocks are versatile and can be used for both short and long-term constructions. The mortar-free modular construction method can be realized in two different basic formats in the sizes 1.20 x 0.60 x 0.60 m and 1.60 x 0.80 x 0.80 m.
These allow a wide range of possible uses, including as:
- Bulk goods boxes,
- noise protection and partition walls,
- embankment reinforcement,
- flood protection wall or
- hall walls.
They can be used in composting plants, by building material dealers, in agricultural businesses, recycling yards, gravel works and much more.
The stud system ensures that the stones cannot move and that the structures are stable. As they are constructed without mortar or adhesive, the concrete blocks are easy and quick to dismantle and can be reused elsewhere. Depending on the production method, the blocks can be moved or placed using special tongs, load hooks on cast-in lifting points or a fork.
The high dimensional accuracy of the bricks requires a level and load-bearing substrate. The blocks are usually manufactured without reinforcement and using approx. 50% recycled concrete. They are 100% recyclable.
Depending on the area of application, local conditions and space available, we can work out an individual installation variant, but would like to point out that we do not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury that may occur during moving, unloading or storage. We accept no liability for the installation of the blocks with regard to structural requirements and recommend consulting a structural engineer in this regard.
